We loved Hotel de Cafe de Paris. Breakfast was outstanding although we had to figure out the menu which wasn’t very clear. The first day we accidentally ended up ordering everything on the menu. Dinners were even better, highly recommend. The view is amazing and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Hotel Julien is a charming, well maintained and updated historic property with an authentic French feel in the heart of Biarritz.
Their breakfast is lovely and customized with eggs and coffee made to order. The property’s outdoor spaces are very nice and their bar/restaurant is open some evenings.
As many have noted, the staff (seemingly all female) were exceptional.

A charming hotel located in the heart of Biarritz. The team at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through some frustrating moments when we struggled to find the entrance. Due to roadwork that wasn't reflected on Google Maps, many routes were rerouted, but the staff's assistance made all the difference.
