This is just a fantastic hotel through and through! The location is unbeatable, the design is stunning, the staff are professional yet warm and the beds are ridiculously comfortable, with the most lovely soft sheets. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic with delicious food and then there are many other bars to choose from, including a very cool speakeasy open until 1am. We didn’t use the pool and spa but it looked fabulous and we will when we return. If we weren’t driving to Switzerland we would have changed our plans and stayed longer!
NB: We stayed in a large Mama room which was wonderful and had an enormous bathroom. Other Mama Shelter’s we’ve stayed at have had very small rooms so it may be worth booking the biggest you can get.
