Staff are always so helpful & friendly we really can’t fault them. Location is excellent just a 2 minute walk from the beach & restaurants/shops etc.

The hotel provided a wide range of local and international products for breakfast, all of them of superb quality. The room was clean and spacious, the air conditioner worked well and quietly.
It came as a pleasant surprise that the pools have salt water, resembling the ocean. The waterfalls at and behind the pools are amazing. Getting to the ocean through the backdoor of the hotel is not only comfortable, but it also provides a breath-taking passage through jungle-like vegetation if one is taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

The location and facilities are truly stunning, and staff are super friendly. It feels very private around the enormous pool and sun lounging area because it's very well laid out. This is absolutely a 5 star hotel and I would highly recommend staying here.

Loved the location of the hotel and the suite we had was gorgeous, with a lovely view over mature gardens. The adult only pool was really nice and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a meal at the restaurant Seen which had fantastic food and a great view. (when you book ask for a sea view)

Good water park with artificial beaches and cool slides.
Good water park with artificial beaches and cool slides. We arrived late at 11am in the morning and did not have time to go through all the slides and visit the entire park. The problem is that you need to stand 30 or 50 minutes in line for a slide to ride 2 minutes down the hill. We managed only 5 slides. My recommendation is to buy a fast track ticket. But even here you will need to stand in line, but from 10 to 15 minutes in line for a slide.

The best park ever!!!
We recommend to use a proper shoes to walk around the park, and to go in the slide and toboggan. For yhe girls, dont you a small bikini, It is better to use gym short, or something the will cover your butt.

the key to enjoying your day at Siam Park is arriving early with your tickets pre bought and getting into the park as soon as. It is easier to navigate yourself once you have settled your items either at a bed or in a locker.
The fast passes are available in the morning, and even on quieter days I would recommend them. They were useful and allowed us to skip queues and enjoy ourselves more.
I would also advise bringing a packed lunch, as a lot of the restaurants are busy and over crowded during lunch times. easier to have your own lunch and if you're peckish later to head somewhere for food within the park.

We had so much fun in Siam park! The only negative thing was that the lazy river was out of order and that was the main reason we visited the place but rather than that it’s a great place and we had a nice time ! Defo worth a visit 🙂

The apartment has everything needed for a family stay, and my kids loved it. The balcony has a large table perfect for family breakfasts with an amazing view, as well as chairs for sunbathing. The apartment owner was very helpful with any questions. It's a 7-8 minute walk downhill to Troya Beach. There are markets, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The Siam Park free bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away.

Hotel was unreal very clean and lovely apartment. Loved the pool area as there was entertainment and a pool bar and loads of beds and it wasn't a fight to get them.

Location was perfect for us close to veronica's strip and only a 15 / 20 min walk to siam park / mall which was good.

The apartment is in a very strategic location. It is within accessible distance from the beach, local restaurants, bars, and Siam Park. In the evening, it is quiet here for rest and sleep. Enrico is a very kind gentleman and will give you plenty of useful advice for your stay, which is definitely worth following.

The host met us in the bus station next to the property. The bus station is convenient, because next to the apartment.

A fiber internet was super fast. Plus, there was a cable TV. The kitchen is well equipped.
The pool is very large and clean. It has the several showers around. The surrounding of the property is secured - locked.
Very clean, newly renovated apartment. Excellent sea view, huge windows so a lot of light from sunrise to sunset. Lots of storage space for personal items. Big comfortable beds. Equipped with everything you might need (though having a vacuum cleaner at hand would be an asset esp. for longer stays). Great location (nice and easy walking distance to a promenade, right next to the bus station, close to many supermarkets - e.g. Spar, walking distance to Siam Park).
Clean, comfortable and well located for exploring Southern Tenerife, this apartment was the ideal spot for our trip. The beach, Siam Park and loads of restaurants are all in walking distance and the secure parking on site was a bonus too!
