Great location with friendly and professional staff. I stayed on the fourth floor, which was reportedly newly renovated, so the facilities were still quite new. However, the use of faux marble tiles in the bathroom significantly diminished the room’s sense of luxury. The wardrobe had a strong, unpleasant odor, and while the mattress was of suitable firmness, the pillows were not very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is no longer a truly luxurious one, but the staff and service remain excellent and professional.

The hotel was close to the Gothic Quarter, shops, restaurants, & stores, yet on a quiet street. We walked to many sites or a 5-10 minute walk to Hop On Hop Off bus stops. Nice assortment of food on breakfast buffet or off the menu, which was only meal we ate at hotel. Staff was helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions & reservations, booking cab to airport and much more!

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia and very close to a metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. There was even a supermarket right next door, which was a big plus. The apartment was well-equipped with all the kitchen facilities we needed, which made it ideal for staying with kids. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!
This is a lovely hotel, is at the center of everything, and walks distance to most places . And you dont have to worry about what you are going to eat. You have a different choice surrounding you . And there is a metro station just 1min walk .
The room is so clean and cute
No breakfast, but I was wow with the 24-hour free goodies on the first floor ( pastries, fruit, water , coffee, etc) and the receptionist are so welcoming and ready to help with all information.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional. We liked the garden next to the hotel for a relaxing stroll in the mornings. The hotel was near the Metro station and bus stop, so it was easy to get around Barcelona. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be back!
The views from the apartment and the rooftop terrace were amazing. The apartment has a great size and is very well equipped. The free laundry area was also a massive bonus, as we were continuing with our travels after leaving the city. Definitely an upgrade from a normal hotel. The metro station is very close and you can find everything you need nearby, including a breakfast bar next door!
This is my second time staying at the Jazz Hotel. The location is excellent, as it is close to the red, green, and yellow metro stations. The room was very clean. I landed in the morning and was originally supposed to get my room at 3 PM, but I was pleasantly surprised to be provided my room at 9 AM. Thank you Jazz hotel next time I’ll visit Barcelona. I will stay at Jazzhotel.
Second time staying here. The apartment was just as nice and comfortable as the hotel. Beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very spacious and well designed. Metro station is easily accessible as well.

Access to the unit is very easy no matter what time you arrive. The area is quiet and many local mini markets for groceries are available nearby.
The hotel location is great - it is virtually at the border of Gothic area of Barcelona. Many tourist attractions are at walking distance. For example, the Cathedral of Barcelona is in 15mins, Catalunya Square - 14, La Rambla - 11. For father trips metro station is in 5 mins.
Our room was good. Big enough and clean. They tidy up the room on daily basis and we always had everything we needed.
The breakfasts were rich and yummy, they also have the bar open in the evenings where one can have tea or coffee without need to go out.

The apartment is nice and clean, has complete amenities, and washing machine also provided. Location is superb, within walking distance to many attractions, metro station and bus stop. The host, Alejandro is such a phenomenal. He guides us from airport, greets us at the door, keeps our luggages before check in time, and gives us many recommendation about what to do, where to eat, etc. He spends almost an hour to explain to us everything about Barcelona. This apartment truly captures our hearts. Muchas Gracias, Alejandro!
