Everything, the building is nice and very clean, room was spacious, bed very comfy, huge TV. Staff is very helpful and kind. Location is perfect, everything is close and lot of good restaurants nearby, we loved our stay there.

Super clean and spacious rooms. The staff were supper kind. The location was very central, close to most of the attraction (walking distance), with many restaurants close by. Even though the hotel was in a busy area, the room was nicely isolated, which made the room very quiet.
The bed was very comfortable, we got a large baby bed arranged for us. We also received a nice gift from the hotel, a champagne to enjoy. The hotel has a nice rooftop to sit there and enjoy the view. I'll stay here again whenever i go back to Seville.

Location is perfect for visiting old town Seville. Breakfast is interesting and good. Everyone gets the same, with some changes daily. The hotel is decorated very well with musical instruments. Many cosy spots to read or chat throughout. The building is old, of course, but there were lots of plugs near the bed!

The room was perfectly clean, the bed comfortable (they have a selection of pillows), the room and the bathroom were very spacious and elegantly decorated. You could not hear the neighbours nor the noise from the street and breakfast had plenty of fresh options. It was all you expect for a 4 star hotel. For Christmas they left a traditional delicacy in the room and for a friend that was with us, as it was her birthday, they left her some nice plate of chocolates in the room!

Just across Santa Justa train station, making it very easy access. We drove car (and used their parking spot) but we also used bus to access Real Alcazar and other attractions. The house is well equipped and can easily accomodate 2 couples and 4 singles. There is a Mercadona market in the building too. There is an elevator.

We stayed in superior double room with sofa bed, the room was clean and spacious. It’s also quiet and the AC can beat the summer heat :)
The location may not be in the middle of historic centre of sevilla but you can find bus stop to Santa Justa train station and Airport bus (EA line) in front of the the hotel, as well as tram that goes to historic centre. San Bernardo Metro and regional train station also located next to it. So no need to worry about public transportation access…
I liked the interior design, the rooftop terrace, and the pool, although it was small and everyone was in it. The location was close to the Santa Justa Train Station. There was breakfast available for purchase.
