The owner, the cleaner lady and receptionists were friendly and helpful, the location was great, and having a kitchen and fridge in the hall was a big plus. We also had a balcony in our room.

Very good park but really busy when we went so all the people didn’t care about anyone else for waking in the park as it clearly marked in the ground arrows to walk right hand side for going in and left for leaving but people didn’t care and just walked everywhere they choose. We had to get off the train in the park and join the queue to get to another station but some people tried to stay on and cause problems and cause everyone else to wait a total disg

Terrible for anyone who has any sort of disability.
Terrible for anyone who has any sort of disability. We queued for two hours for a disability pass in an uncovered area in 38degree heat. Disability lines are not well sign posted. Staff are rude and dismissive and incredibly impolite.
Also worth noting that will not give a disability pass for type one diabetes.
I also saw them refuse to give one to a boy with no legs because he didn't have a note from his doctor.

Mi mayor recomendación sería que duerman una noche por lo menos en alguno de los hoteles que tiene Portaventura, la noche incluye 2 días de parque + Ferrari Land, y cuentan con unas áreas recreativas y de descanso buenísimas, ideales para descansar después de un largo día en el parque.

Fantastic place for all the family, I downloaded a programme before we left to go on holiday and made a timetable of all the shows. If you can buy fast passes, I planned all the rides around the shows which meant we managed to go to every show and got on every ride. We went for a week and had an amazing time. We have since visited it 4 more times.

Quality of food was very good and enough choices were given.
Beds were comfortable, room was big.
If leaving before 7 am, you can have coffee, water, fruits, biscuits to go.
Location is very good, 1 min from the beach, 2 mins from a supermarket, lots of restaurants and shops around.
Bus station close by. Bus to Portaventura park, 2.20 euros per person. For taxi we paid 9 euros, it's under 10 minutes away by car or bus.
Very good location and nice apartment with our own balcony and comfortable furniture. only 20 minute walk from portaventura and 5 minutes from the main street and salou beach, as well as a few minutes away from taxi rank and buses. Would definitely recommend. Also had security at night so it was very safe 👍
Is not very far from Portaventura Park, you can walk easily. In room was a very big bed, a lot towels, small fridge/minibar. In hotel was jacuzzi inside and sauna/steam room.
One of the newer hotel in PortAventura so the facilities look new. The double-room was spacious and the ceiling was very high, thus giving a sense of space.
We used this as a hub to visit Portaventura but to also be well positioned for bars and restaurants in the evening. The price was very appealing for the 3 nights, but was exactly what we expected in terms of standard and quality.
Great location, great value. You’ll have no trouble finding a spot to sunbathe, the pools are great and the all inclusive makes life so much easier! Only a few minutes walk into the main areas and short taxi to Portaventura and Salou market (though we walked the 30 minutes)
The apartment is more like a house, because it is on the ground floor with a pool on its backyard. The owner was very nice and helpful. We had a problem with the WiFi router and he came right away to fix it. He also kept our luggage while we were out for the day. The location was also great, not only you are very close to the PortAventura park, but also super close to the beach. We walked to restaurants, stores... The apartment is a lot better than what you see on the pictures they shared.
