Management and staff were extremely professional in delivering a wonderful and exceptional vacation experience, including ensuring Cathys sprained ankle was promptly treated at a nearby clinic. The staff were great on arrival, and I was so thrilled to get an upgrade(thank you Booking.com !) to a lovely big room with a four poster bed. Sooo comfortable. Also had a really great shower.

It was a place of character (and creaking floorboards) The surrounding buildings of Pontevedra were in keeping with the historic ambience. The room was large, the bathroom very good, the bed huge and comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel during our Camino journey. While the location was a bit far from the Camino route (about 1 km), the room was very comfortable and well-equipped. They provided slippers and bathrobes, and the bathroom included a bidet, hairdryer, and even a hair straightener.
Unfortunately, the view from the window overlooked some garbage, but since we were only staying for one night, it didn’t bother us too much. The bathroom featured an amazing mirror with a drying function and a magnifying mirror, which was a nice touch.
