Probably the nicest staff we’ve ever encountered from the reception desk to the restaurant staff , a particular shout out to Marcus who was particularly helpful. The upgrade to a room with a balcony & street view was appreciated.

All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room, for one night, was a good size. Having secure parking under the hotel was a plus also. Breakfast was excellent.
