All staff were exceptional. Genuinely welcoming, of good humor and very professional. For example we got on the service elevator in error and when the elevator descended instead of rising a cleaning lady got on with a big smile, took us back to the lobby level, led us to the correct elevator and off we went!
Also the rooms were large and very comfortable. Without a doubt the best night’s sleep of our 10 day trip.

Outstanding apartment in a prime location. Located above Cafe Iruna and on Plaza del Castillo, it is a few blocks off the Camino and Running of the Bulls Route. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. Could not be more pleased with it and would stay there again, only we would add more nights!
The apartment is beautiful and spacious and it’s location is excellent. You are a few steps away from the Plaza del Castillo. There are many good restaurants and tapas bars. The apartment was very nice and fully equipped. We felt right at home.

Beautiful, historic hotel in the center of Pamplona. The service from the staff was exceptional. The room was beautifully appointed. We asked for and received a tour of the room Ernest Hemingway stayed in. The included breakfast was convenient. As a special treat, we opened our doors to the Plaza del Castillo on Sunday morning to hear an accordion player playing classic Spanish music.
I do like this hotel in Pamplona. It has perfect location near Plaza del Castillo. Rooms are very nice. Great restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Location is at the old city centre, next to the town hall and Tourist Info office. The hotel front door is in pedestrian area, so taxi will stop at the back door. It is easy walking distance to to the Cathedral, Plaza del Castillo, Cafe Iruna and many shops, bar and restaurants. Bus station is also close by. Receptionists are helpful and knowledgable. The hotel are relatively new and modern inside. Breakfast is at the cafe of the hotel, food is acceptable.
This hostel is located in the middle of old town nearby the main plaza, Plaza del Castillo. And, it is walking distance from everywhere you want to visit.
