The hotel is in a great location. Everything is clean and well presented. There is a lovely bar on the ground floor. Maribel on reception was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome.

We were met by the helpful Daniel who gave us a great idea of what to see snd expect in Pamplona. Our room was stunning with so much space and comfort. The actual hotel is in the main spare and so close to everything. We were so grateful to all the wonderful, friendly staff and loved our stay there

The location is perfect to explore Pamplona, if driving it’s easier to park outside and check-in and then move the car to the public car park 200 meters away and walk back. From check-in to check-out all the staff were helpful and cheerful a bonus for any hotel.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and of a good size with fabulous pillows and everything else you need (except a kettle), a great choice for breakfast with something for everyone.
