It was the best possible location. I had a beautiful view of the square and everything that was going on in Citi center. The restaurant for breakfast was excellent. It was the staff that perhaps made it unique. From the moment I got there to every question I needed answered. I felt like my needs were a top priority.

Amazing place . Super clean . Staff are very nice and helpful. The place is a true part of Seville history, it is a part of Alcazar palace and you can enjoy the palace garden from you balcony. It is close for all amenities, the restaurants and the city is just few steps away from the hotel .

Nice location, walking to city center about 15 min.
Bed was uncomfortable old metal frame, you can hear the metal noise even when you turn in the bed.
Helpful stuff.
cleaning was not the best but ok.
No slappers,no bathrobe ,no coffe machine, no kettle in the room.
