The hotel is beautiful and convenient to old town and the beach. The staff was exemplary and, as I had a rental car, the onsite parking was much appreciated. The Sunday brunch was wonderful and the Monday brunch, while not as large, was also very good.
Also, they upgraded my room as a courtesy which was very much appreciated.

The location and view could not be better. The staff -- very nice and helpful. Nice bar. We tried the restaurant only once, for lunch, but it was good. We will stay here again when we come back.

Everything about the Hotel SANSEbay was exceptional. We originally booked a three night stay in a room with a bay view, but decided to arrive a day early. The room was not available for our new arrival day, but, without our asking, they upgraded us for the first day of arrival. Nice! The staff throughout our stay was extremely accommodating and helpful, even to the point of securing for us a reservation at an excellent restaurant. The room was spacious and extremely quiet. Our stay could not have been better.

Our room had two small balconies with city views. The size of the room was fine for us, we had a lot of luggage although the room was not big, it was very functional, so we felt confortable.
