My partner and I had the most incredible stay at this hotel during our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations.
Views & Location: The views were simply breathtaking. We had a room overlooking the ocean, and watching the sunset from our balcony was unforgettable. The hotel's location, right by the water, made it feel like we were in our own private paradise.
Facilities & Pool: The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool by the ocean was a dream come true—perfect for relaxing with a stunning backdrop of the sea. It was always clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded, giving us plenty of space to unwind.
Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from every morning. Whether we wanted something light or a full meal, the buffet had it all.
Room Service & Reception: Room service was impeccable—quick, efficient, and the food was always presented beautifully. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in and any requests seamless. They even surprised us with a honeymoon gift, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.

Staff are amazing - helpful, friendly, genuine customer service. Reception staff helped change our room with no problem and organised early breakfast for us when we had an early excursion.
Pool area - loved the three pools, the fact that one was heated, and of course the views.
Nightly entertainment - some of the live music and acts were so incredible!
Location - not in the party zone of Tenerife (double thumbs up). Lovely area with a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. Many of the tours and excursions will pick up and drop off from the hotel. Taxi rank right outside the hotel.
Food - good. Better on some evenings than others; each night is a theme (Italian, American, Asian, Spanish, Canarian etc.) but always had a decent dinner. Breakfast buffet is really great.
Overall: great resort, relaxed vibes and a great place for a chill holiday or to use a base to explore Tenerife.

For what I wanted being away from some.of the full on resort towns was nice to get away and chill. And everyone going there were for similar experiences.
Food was good, could have done with some variation on breakfast but all fresh and dinners I had were good.

Compact apartment in convenient location for Los Gigantes. Large comfortable bed. A balcony with amazing sea and cliff views overlooking the marina. Great communication from the owners who were quick to respond and lovely to deal with.
I wouldn't advise this apartment for anyone with reduced mobility as there are quite a few steps to access it.
The location of the apartment is great. Hard to beat in the Los Gigantes village.

Lovely apartment with brilliant front & rear terraces (both with tables & chairs) and its right in the heart of Los Gigantes. Comfy bed & everything we needed. Excellent instructions for location and collection of keys from a lock box - spot on! Apartment was very clean and tidy with an instruction file in multiple languages too. Good storage space with 2 wardrobes and some draws, TV with lots of choice of channels including English & radio stations too.
The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped. It has a large and great terrace with sunbeds and great ocean view, which we loved. We liked the modern kitchen and washing machine is included.
Internet connection was high-speed, we experienced no issues.
We liked the pool area which has also a nice ocean and Los Gigantes rocks view.
I can surely recommend this apartment and the rental guy who was very nice to us. We enjoyed Los Cristianos so much.
The apartment with its amazing terrace overlooking the ocean and "Los Gigantes" was fantastic. It was delightful to spend time on the terrace watching the sunsets. The apartment was well laid out with a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and pots, and there was a washing machine available. We also appreciated the communal swimming pool, which was enjoyable to swim in, and the friendly neighbors. It was nice that the apartments had sun umbrellas, beach ball rackets, and we left an inflatable raft.
Everything was perfect! The apartment is close to the bars and restaurants in Los Gigantes yet is peaceful and quiet. It has everything you need inside the apartment and has a great balcony with an amazing view! Although the sun isn’t on the balcony till mid day, the pool gets the sun early so we went there in the morning. We loved our stay here and will definitely return!
Nice hotel next to Los Gigantes. The view from the terrace is really nice - you can see the ocean, Los Gigantes and even La Gomera (when the sky is clear). The hotel rooms are more like an apartment - very spacious and featuring full equiped kitchen and even a washing machine.
Nice hotel in a very quiet area. The apartment is tiny, but cozy and sparkling clean.
You have a beautiful view over the ocean and los gigantes cliffs.
The room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed.
Breakfast is good and you have anything you might need, sweet or salty; also the staff is very nice and polite.
I do recommend this hotel for a short stay in Los Gigantes.
Keep in mind that this area is not that touristy so it s not much to do and there are very few restaurants.
