The service was outstanding. I was there during Christmas and the hotel was still staffed properly. The food was amazing with abundant choices. Even I was everyday at the buffet for almost a week, I never get bored by the diversity of the dishes. The location of the hotel can be good or bad, depending on your perspective. On one hand, it's really quiet but on the other hand, quite inconvenient to go around without a rental car. The drive from the Southern Airport to the hotel can be a bit challenging (curvy mountain roads, frequent up/downhills). You could take a detour with better road conditions but it will take 30min longer. I would definitely go again if I'm ever in Tenerife.

Good wifi, that wasn't operating on arrival, however the host sorted the issue with the provider as prompt as possible.
We like having your own well equipped self-catering apartment with a balcony with a table and chairs and our own sun loungers. Views directly to the sea. There's a lovely swimming pool and plenty more loungers, and a jacuzzi. There is a bell rings at 4 pm to remind you it's happy hour in the pool bar, which is well used. There is a lovely restaurant and live music within the grounds. The location is close to the old and new parts of Los Gigantes. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. We have been 4 times now and always enjoyed our stay.
Nicely appointed and well equipped apartment in a perfect location very close to the harbour, shops and lots of excellent restaurants. Excellent private balcony area with a view of the sea and Los Gigantes cliffs. Excellent comfortable outdoor seating and tables/chairs. Two of the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of wardrobe storage. We had a party of 3 other family friends staying in one the other smaller My Ocean apartments nearby which worked well.
Compact apartment in convenient location for Los Gigantes. Large comfortable bed. A balcony with amazing sea and cliff views overlooking the marina. Great communication from the owners who were quick to respond and lovely to deal with.
I wouldn't advise this apartment for anyone with reduced mobility as there are quite a few steps to access it.
The location of the apartment is great. Hard to beat in the Los Gigantes village.

Lovely apartment with brilliant front & rear terraces (both with tables & chairs) and its right in the heart of Los Gigantes. Comfy bed & everything we needed. Excellent instructions for location and collection of keys from a lock box - spot on! Apartment was very clean and tidy with an instruction file in multiple languages too. Good storage space with 2 wardrobes and some draws, TV with lots of choice of channels including English & radio stations too.
The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped. It has a large and great terrace with sunbeds and great ocean view, which we loved. We liked the modern kitchen and washing machine is included.
Internet connection was high-speed, we experienced no issues.
We liked the pool area which has also a nice ocean and Los Gigantes rocks view.
I can surely recommend this apartment and the rental guy who was very nice to us. We enjoyed Los Cristianos so much.
Nice hotel next to Los Gigantes. The view from the terrace is really nice - you can see the ocean, Los Gigantes and even La Gomera (when the sky is clear). The hotel rooms are more like an apartment - very spacious and featuring full equiped kitchen and even a washing machine.
Nice hotel in a very quiet area. The apartment is tiny, but cozy and sparkling clean.
You have a beautiful view over the ocean and los gigantes cliffs.
The room was cleaned everyday and towels were changed.
Breakfast is good and you have anything you might need, sweet or salty; also the staff is very nice and polite.
I do recommend this hotel for a short stay in Los Gigantes.
Keep in mind that this area is not that touristy so it s not much to do and there are very few restaurants.
