Once the heart of a thriving Jewish community during the Middle Ages, this part of town still shows signs of its heritage, with hidden squares and Medieval cobblestone streets. In what is today known as Calle Reyes Católicos, a variety of shops operated by Jews once stood, as well as one of the town’s synagogues.
