Outstanding staff, especially Alex and Leo; willing to help your stay at the hotel pleasant and made great suggestions about places to see, transportation and safety tips. Room was quiet and clean. Location is perfect for shopping, dining, etc. Staff were senior friendly. As a solo, senior, female traveler, Alex waited with me and luggage on the street to make sure I got on the correct rideshare to the cruise port.
