Excellent location, close to the main square. We stayed in the superior double room, it was more like a suite, and it had everything you could need and more. Well stock cold breakfast buffet, there is a hot breakfast menu which you order from your table and is delivered freshly made along with fresh pots of coffee and hot milk. The food in the restaurant and bar/cafeteria were also excellent as was the service overall. The cleaning staff are first class and extremely thorough.
We would gladly return.

The Hotel Cisneros is a small, cozy establishment 20 minutes away from the city center on foot, and the neighborhood is very quiet most of the time. The other guests were also very quiet, most of the time. This makes the hotel ideal for a quiet stay with the family.
The staff is welcoming and generously helpful in meeting all our needs - for example, receptionists boiled water for tea and warmed our food for us late at night, when the restaurant was already closed.
The hotel's restaurant offers a good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. They do offer lunch and dinner as well, but we didn't have an opportunity to check them out.
We rented rooms with double beds. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the bathrooms are in excellent condition. The terraces were large and private, very pleasant for having a meal or just chilling.
All in all, it's a quiet, comfortable and pleasant experience and an excellent value for the money.

Casa Jaime is in a great location, near the interesting places. You can go by walk and visit the important things, like Cervantes museum and Alcalá University.
Near the house there are a lot of restaurants with excellent food! We had a great time and we will return one day!
Perfekt location, lively street, many cafes and shops, Cervantes Museum nearby. Comfortable and cozy room, great bed, all the necessary items were in the kitchen, you can cook (the owners left oil, salt, coffee, spices, etc. - this is very nice!). And spotlessly clean! Easy arrival and departure (password access, no need to make an appointment with the host). The owner responded immediately to my questions and helped online
The location is directly in the center of Alcala, right infront of the Cervantes Museum, and close to all the other nice sights in Alcala, restaurants, cafes, and shops. The owners were super friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and nice. We would definitely recommend that you stay there when you are in Alcala.
