A haven of green right in the centre of the city, San Francisco Park is home to a flock of prettily plumed peacocks. Along the pathways you’ll spot exotic plants, decorative monuments and banana trees heavy with fruit. A particular highlight is the bronze statue of photographer, Josefa Carril, who once made her living snapping photos here with her husband.
