We had a perfect stay here. We were greeted by Maria's smile, who helped us with our bags and recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Location was perfect in the old town. Our room was beautiful with a nice view of the ramparts. And on our way out, the woman at reception was also as warm and helpful as when we arrived.

Convenient location which is only 5-10 mins walk to any famous parts or the old town (to the Viru gate, town hall area, the Russian style church of which I forget the name...) and to the Solaris shopping centre (a nice supermarket located, where you can find lots of food options).
Breakfast was good although it is not so spacious. Nice big comfy bed.
Good to have a free access to the spa area (two saunas dry and steamy), whirlpool bath (only 33 degree C, not quite warm enough though) and warm pool (30 degree C).

The room and the facilities were exceptional, however the staff here made the stay even more special. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. One of the most service minded hotels I have visted for many years and one for sure I would visit again dues not only to the hotel itself however the staff.

Love the location. We came from the port terminal and it seem walkable so we decided to walk to the apartment. It was very walkable even we were dragging our carryon on snow. It is also walkable to Old Town Hall square for Tallinn’s Christmas market, mall, close to cafe and restaurants.
Great location. Quiet building. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine. No problems with hot water. Two supermarkets only a few hundred meters and one is open 24 hrs. Town hall square only a few hundred meters. The bedroom is unusual as mentioned in other comments but I didn't find it a problem. But if someone is also using the sofa bed then there is no privacy between the two spaces. The bedroom has no windows so there's a cut out in the wall looking into the living room.
I've visited Old Tallinn many times, but this is the first time I've been truly happy with the location. Our windows overlooked Town Hall Square, the very heart of the Old Town. All the main sights were within walking distance. The apartment was cozy, warm, and filled with sunlight. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive to guests. We plan to rent the same apartment for the Christmas Fair. Thank you for the warm welcome!
The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the middle of the town hall Square. The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. And the staff are polite and prompt in answering inquiries. I would recommend this place highly.
The building itself dates from the 15th century, and the exposed stonework in our room shows that quite well. The common areas are furnished with antiques, a little shabby, but very comfortable. The bathroom, however, looks brand-new. We're only a block away from the Town Hall Square, which makes this a most convenient location.
The location was great, close to the old Tallinn town hall square. The staff spoke little English, but were really friendly and took care of the problems immediately. The balcony off of our room was a nice surprise!
Clean room, very comfortable bed and linen, air conditioning, a stone-throw distance to the Town Hall Square. We really liked the welcome fruit plate and chocolate in the room. There are perks like toothbrushes and a haircomb in the bathroom, slippers and bathrobes, and even bath salt sachets. Breakfast was plentiful, with scramble, bacon, steamed veggies, pancakes, "caviar" and bubbles :)
