The ambience of the public areas and the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the facilities in the room were with one exception what I expected. It was also very accessible by road and rail.

This was a nice hotel in an older building. The lobby, staff, and reception area with coffee, tea, cookies, and candy were wonderful. The breakfast was very good. The location to tram, train station, and zoo were nice.
We were greeted by a very friendly staff. Our room on the 9th floor had a fantastic view of the zoo and an overlooking view of the city. I will definitely stay here again. Also, the “Candy Corner” in the lobby was a bonus.
This charming hotel is right across the street from the train station, next to the trams, and the zoo. Room was a good size, very clean, with a big bathroom and cable TV! The restaurant downstairs if fantastic, and the breakfast was wonderful.
From check-in to check-out, the staff were so helpful and present. The room was made up every day, no matter what time we left. There was always someone at the front desk to give a recommendation or lend an umbrella. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Zoo, walkable from the main train station, close to a light rail stop. Quiet, Casual Comfort. When we return to beautiful Karlsruhe, we will stay with ANA.
The staff is great. The room is quite spacious and has everything you need. The breakfast is excellent. The location is good - very close to the train station and other public transport. There are enough cafes and restaurants close to the hotel as well.
The room's window overlooked the zoo and we saw the red panda! It was adorable :)
The breakfast was great, the coffee really good and the staff were really nice. We got a great room with a view over the zoo and a balcony, we could check out the animals at times. The location is really practical if you want to travel around the region it is only 5 minute from the main station and 10 minutes from the S-Bahn station with acces to the small cities around Karlsruhe. The staff would provide sandwiches with leftovers from breakfast which was a nice touch and the mini bar was well stocked and completely free.
