Wasserturm
Built in 1886 as a drinking-water reservoir for Mannheim’s townspeople, this 60-metre structure has since become the de facto meeting place for modern-day locals. It’s not your ordinary water tank though. The Wasserturm’s ornate Romanesque-style construction is surrounded by immaculate lawns and dancing fountains that make it a popular picnic and chill-out area.
Nice & helpful staff, early check-in was possible without additional fee, very nice hotel room, very clean, good location for that price point (15 min by feet to „Wasserturm“), you get toothbrushes and other stuff for free if you forgot it, pillow can be replaced by a softer one, diverse breakfast
Perfect location: Right next to the Wasserturm and tram, a few minutes to cafes, restaurant and shops, 8-10 minute walk to the train station and the shuttle to the airport.
Amazing building: I always loved old, historical buildings and very glad to have stayed in one of them with a great view.

Hotel is very well located, with view on Wasserturm, with private parking but also very easy accessible from central railway station.
The location was only a 10-15 walk (for slow walkers) to the Wasserturm and even closer to the pedestrian zone. There is a parking deck right next to the hotel.
I like the design of the room, look modern and very clean 😊 i book this hotel because i want look Fireworks at Wasserturm,Mannheim. So this location also not far from city, i just walk around 20min. still have Train in front of Hotel, but i more like walk. Also easy to find Food near KFC, Asian food and Rewe To Go 24h open. And the price very valuable for nice room ☺️ the best one you can online check in and choose your room and which floor you want. That’s really interesting for me!
