Top quality food which was abundant. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Well-mannered staff, high ratio of staff to guest, staff always asking guests if they are enjoying their stay, Beautiful rooms and common areas. This is a true five star German Hotel because every detail is attended to and the staff is highly professional. In Germany, people attend school to learn how to be waiters, concierges, etc. It is a profession, not a side job for actors or students who need to make money. Therefore, staff is knowledgeable, refined and efficient. If you need something, they will know immediately how to help you.
Hotel Panorama is located beside the River Neckar in the center of Heidelberg. It offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. On-site parking is available for a charge.
