It was clean , i liked having a desk and storage space, good bathroom and shower cabin, toilet is unusually high but it's fine , cleaning service was good and nice. Fast access to tram station and supermarket nearby. Window has a nice view of the street and it's very quiet at night, no problems. The staff was very friendly and nice snd helpful!

The booking .com presentation is mis leading. House keeping personnel was rough and unprofessional. They knocked and opened the door 45 minutes before check out. I could hear them laughing unprofessionally next door after reminding them about check out time. Some rooms are subjected to the court yard loud noises from guests. It really is like an institute suitable for business travelers. There is no home away from home feeling of intimacy.
One young lady from the coffee shop was pleasant, professional and helpful.
The house keepers threw away my prized rosemary water spray bottle for my hair and professed that they never saw it in the room I was moved out of. This room faces the street which is noisy.
