Perfect location on the Marionplatz. The hotel staff were all very helpful and accommodating, nothing was any trouble. The room was modern and comfortable. Loved the GHD hairdryer and straighteners and the lotions.

This was not what I was expecting but if you love beer tents, bratwurst stalls and scary fayre rides and crowds this would be perfect for you! It is free to enter and well signposted to access - just follow the crowds and the Marshalls.

Avoid Munich during this festival, it is chaos, crazy over priced accommodation, food and booze, no customer service in restaurants, rude, pushy staff. Left early and spent time in the airport instead. Probably a lovely experience at different time of year. Loads of drunks, very loud.

The hotel is 20 min walk from Marienplatz and 12 min walk from Hauptbanhof (central station). There’s also Theresienwiese U-Bahn station 3 min walk from it. The staff is super nice and helpful.
The room is spacious and there’s a little kitchen with everything you need and a sofa like the pictures. The shower is great.

If you are going to any event on the Theresienwiese, or if you are there for peculiar, etc. the location is great.
The location was excellent especially if you plan to visit Oktoberfest. The U bahn station was directly across the street and the Theresienwiese is 2 stops away. The room was adequate considering we did not spend much time there. 24 hour check-in is possible but there is no staff person at the door after hours - you have to call a local German number to receive instructions for checking in after hours.
The location is great, right by the Munich main station and just a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz. It was super close to Theresienwiese for Oktoberfest too. The breakfast is good but a little expensive. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.
