Friendly staff, personable, and provided the most amazing service. Always ensured my stay was comfortable and asked if I needed anything. Being a foreigner, the staff really made me feel at home. And the location is centralized to Marienplatz center which is nearby many famous churches, cathedrals, sights, and not to mention good restaurants & shops, all within walking distance.
