The location was perfect for us. Checkin and checkout was simple. English is spoken by the staff and communication was no problem, though I did attempt to fumble through some German. Restaurant on site was a bonus, as was the free welcome drinks at the bar. The room and the bed was very comfortable. In addition, the views of the church, square, and the markets from the window were very nice.

I liked the location on the Munsterplatz. Other places I wanted to visit were an easy walk away. The tolling of the a huge bell for five minutes at 0600 and 1800 was a shock the first time I heard it but not a major problem. It was fun to watch the daily market vendors set up in the morning and even more fun to search the market for good things to eat. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

The apartment just was not 70 m, but perhaps we got a different apartment.
We found parking for EUR 3 per day about 10 minutes away by foot, but there is also much closer parking available that the host recommended.

The location was fabulous! Right in the old city. We loved having the Hausbrau Feierling was just up the street, and a short walk to Castle Hill or the Munster. The apartment had plenty of space. Loved having 2 keys too.

Great location, right across from Stadtgarten. Quick & easy access to hiking in the Black Forest. Most importantly, a very quick walk into the heart of Freiburg, the Münsterplatz. Also, relatively well shaded from the sun, at least out apartment was.
The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The hotel was ideally located near the Munster and restaurants. The week we stayed (mid-June 2023) was unusually hot, but the staff provided a fan, and with the window open, we slept comfortably. We asked for a quite room and the what we got (floor 3, room 132 exceed our expectation). The shower is tiny, but we managed fine. I would stay again in heartbeat and would choose the same room again.
Fabulous breakfast and as promised, it was included, but they also have rooms where it's not included. Well worth getting it included even if you plan to eat out some mornings. Great location within easy walking distance of Munsterplatz market, many restaurants and shops.
The location is wonderful: around the corner of the Munster Cathedral in the middle of the citycentre. In the middle of a shopping area. Freiburg has a beautiful small citycentre, you can walk everything. Also an mountain with trails on walking distance, wich was wonderful, since we were there with a dog.
The location is very near Münsterplatz and the market, near shopping and public transportation. The apartments were really cute and very clean. They had an elevator, basement washer and dryer, and A/C as well, bonus!
