I was motivated to book this hotel because they have large room sizes and they offer an elevator to upper floors. I use a wheelchair, so a larger room and an elevator are definitely two things I require. The photos of the room looked nice and in that case, the real thing did live up to the expectation. The room decor and wooden floors were nice. Although the rooms are large, the space in the room wasn’t utilized well so some spaces were too tight while other large spaces were essentially unused. The bathroom in our room seemed to not be updated although the rooms and hotel in general were clean. The breakfast was also fine. We assumed the lower price of the hotel (compared to other parts of the city) was due to its location but not the quality of the hotel. We might have been a bit misguided in our presumption. I think one reason we chose it was the nicer, updated bedding and decor in pictures, but the floor plans didn’t seem to be adjusted or improved when updates were made. We would not have known any better without an actual visit which is why I am leaving this review in case anyone else in my situation can be alerted ahead of a visit and avoid some of the frustrations we faced. Also, we booked two rooms. In ours, the AC wasn’t working well at all making for a hot, stuffy night while in the other room, the AC worked well.
