Good communication from the hotel management prior to visit. Lovely big room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom had everything we needed and nice large shower. Breakfast wash fresh and with several choices. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Augsburg. Lovely attentive staff. We were able to park our car in the hotel car park.

Communication from the hotel was excellent- down to the location of the underground carpark and on line check in. We arrived earlier than planned and our room was ready for us which was amazing. Hotel is very centrally located for seeing the old town and also close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.
