The room was exactly as has been described. The personnel has been very kind. They have also left at the room a small gift on the Christmas Eve, which was very kind and warm.
Last but not least , the location was very close to a bus station, very close to U-bahn station and the S-bahn station is 10 mins walking distance.

Exemplary welcoming and hospitality from monsieur Levon. We haven’t felt so well taken care of in a very long time, if ever. The room was classy and incredibly spacious and the overall cleanliness was flawless, something rare these days, it could not have been better. The on-demand scrambled eggs and omelette at the breakfast buffet egg station were prepared in perfection from the talented, kind and smiling chef. Can't remember having a better omelette in my life. The Christmas decoration was elegantly beautiful.

Room was spacious, bathroom was great. Location is close to underground stations. I also liked room where breakfast was served, like a winter garden. They give you a whole coffee-pot for breakfast! Staff is friendly and helpful.
