You can't beat this location. The hotel itself is great. Good food options in the trendy bar and restaurant below. Clean minimalistic design. Gym is tiny, but you don't need more than that. I stayed at a chain hotel last year when I came into Stuttgart for work, and am glad I chose EmiLu this time. Will definitely stay at EmiLu again whenever I return to Stuttgart.

Basic functional hotel. Needs renovation however my room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean.
Königstrasse, Schlossplatz and Hbf is within walking distance.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
The area might be noisy in the summer but it was quiet in December.

Friendly reception when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Prior to our arrival we were warned about possible noise due to renovation work taking place in the hotel but it wasn’t as loud as we had feared and we appreciated the free drink offered by the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and we enjoyed an excellent dinner especially the homemade “Käsespätzle!”

Don't pass up the opportunity to go inside.
Don't pass up the opportunity to go inside. This is truly amazing, how the church was redone, so that it's a very modern church inside. The organ is astounding, and if you're there on a Friday, the evening organ concert is a must hear.
There are also some stunning stained glass windows, both the originals and modern.
