Rooms were clean and well appointed. All staff was friendly and cooperative. Breakfast buffet was delicious. My American family and my German family were treated very well. This was a good hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The location was close to the old town and the Christmas Market. Easily walkable to other things in the city. The room was comfortable but not exceptional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
