Customer service was outstanding. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with many options. Free parking is a bonus in a large city. The location is fantastic! A short walk to the U-bahn, stores, and restaurants. I loved the way the designer kept with the school theme throughout the building.

The room was good size for being a hotel. The kitchenette was a great thing as it saved me quite a bit of money not eating out every meal. It was a bonus to have a good grocery store just the other side of the park.
Having free laundry machines was great as we are traveling for 3 weeks and were able to go to the next city with all our clothes clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't recommend the Madison enough. Will definitely stay there if I return to Hamburg.
