I underestimated it first based on some reviews, this hotel is amazing, absolutely. Location, quality of room, kind and helpful personal, excellent breakfast and 'cake till 17:00!'. There is just nothing to complain about, only thing I want to tell them - please, please, keep it like this, I will stay at your hotel every time I pass eastern Germany.

Not exactly in the center of Christmas events, but conveniently close to the markets. We were pampered by the staff throughout our short stay. The wholesome experience was topped up with complimentary SPA entrance where we were all alone for most of the time

Good location, the tramway stop is right in front of the door and the ride to the city center takes only 15mins.
The room was very clean and in excellent condition (pictures are accurate).
