Spacious apartment with a very well equipped kitchen, walking distance of Alexander Platz. Responsive host that was easy to reach, even on a Friday night. We initially got an apartment that was quite different from what we had booked (4 separate beds, no couch, instead of a large double bed with a couch). They switched us to a different room the next morning, which all went very smoothly. Good service, and the 'new' room was exactly as described on Booking.
I enjoyed the location and convenience. The hotel is in Rosenthaler Platz which is very easy to get around most of Berlin from. Perfect location to Alexanderplatz and more. The staff are great. I enjoyed my stay! For a solo traveller, it is perfect. It is also quiet, I wasn't disturbed the whole time.
Good location and very clean. We went in November when Berlin is really cold but the apartment was very warm and nice. My partner thought it was too warm but I liked it a lot. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well equipped for the size of it and the fridge was also decent. Alexanderplatz Is really close and there are lots of restaurants around. Checkin is done in advance so we never once saw any personnel.
Brilliant apartment hotel - great value for money for Berlin. Especially suitable for families. Great location near Alexanderplatz. Very quiet - double windows give good isolation. Good size, look& feel of the room/apartment. Comfy and tidy with all the amenities, utencils, even washer and dryer, dishwashing machine, fridge, coffee maker, toaster... so, perfect for a longer stay.
This was an aparthotel, so no breakfast provided, but there is an Edeka supermarket in the nearby Alexa mall (ground floor near the Zara). There is a small fridge only so don't buy too much. The layout of the apartment is decent. There are a two U-bahn stations closeby (Klosterstr and Alexanderplatz), rail stations (Alexanderplatz and Janowitzbruecke) and bus routes (e.g. 300). I felt the apartment was very well connected, and being close to Alexanderplatz is already a bonus.
The hotel's location to Berlin's attractions was brilliant, quick and easy access to underground and walkable to Alexanderplatz. The breakfast, albeit busy was delicious and the options available were continually being replaced. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
Rooms are spacious and clean and basically as in pictures. The hotel has a cool vibe (just like the Berlin itself). Location is great, 5 mins by walking from Alexanderplatz. The staff is helpful and very kind. They can also hold your luggage even after you are checked out for free! Highly recommended.
The location is perfect for exploring the city centre of Berlin. You can easily walk to the Gouvernement District on the Spree in one direction and in the opposite direction to Alexanderplatz. The staff of the hotel gave a good service.
The hotel is a bit older, but it is clean and tidy. It is in a good location, the metro station is right next to it, Alexander platz is a little more than one kilometer away. The apartment I stayed in even had a kitchen.
