Overall an absolutely amazing place to stay in Berlin. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were great! We enjoyed the Sauna and rooftop relaxing area. The room was perfect, spacious. Shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Loved the espresso machine in each room. Breakfast is pricey but I found it worth it! Fresh juice and personalised omelettes! It was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was nice and friendly.
The hotel is a bit older, but it is clean and tidy. It is in a good location, the metro station is right next to it, Alexander platz is a little more than one kilometer away. The apartment I stayed in even had a kitchen.
The location was great, close to Alexanderplatz, the U and S trains, and other city centre attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh, with good choices available. The room was basic, but really, we had everything we needed, along with a comfortable bed. Good value hotel for a short break.

this location is exellent because you have everything near! its a 3 stop from Alexanerplatz if you are using U2 train.i liked that hotel was isolated and there was no noise in the garden. staff was very understandeble ,room was cozy and bright :) this was not my first time for traveling berlin and I feel sorry that i didn't find this place,before.. if you like comfort and feel like you are at home this is right place
Hotel is in an excellent location about 15 minutes walk from Alexander Platz. The room was quiet and comfortable, the bed rather firm however which seems usual in Germany. Breakfast was superb and left nothing to be desired: staff were most efficient in keeping everything topped up. Will plan in staying there again on my next trip to Berlin.
Great experience. I arrived in the middle of the night due to a train cancellation and was still checked in. The hostel is very clean and right at Alexanderplatz. When I'm in Berlin, I will definitely try this hostel again.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent - the underground station is right in front of the entrance and Alexanderplatz is either one stop or a 10 mins walk away. The hotel is a great base for exoring Berlin. Concierge was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is also good.
The location is just perfect. U2 and U5 metro stations are just 5mins. For these who want to explore Berlin on foot - Berliner Dom is 5-7mins, Alexanderplatz or Brandenburger Tor just 15mins. A lot of running posibilities around. So the location is perfect. Hotel itself is nice, but nothing spectacular. Room was just fine, personell polite and helpful. Breakfast was kinda ok (you can make an argument that the variety was a bit poor, but in general it was just fine).
