This museum was a working mine until not long ago and former workers give the guided tours. Few speak English, so take along the audio tour. The tours start with an authentically rattling ride down the mine shaft, though it's just a few metres down these days! The museum sits in large and leafy Landek Park, a startling contrast of industry and nature.
