The rooms are clean but a bit cramped for a family. In the corridor there is an unpleasant smell from the restaurant's kitchen. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming while we checked in. The breakfast was very poor, there were even missing serving utensils and the guy who served was not very welcoming.

We’ve known it for many years and have seen it from almost post communist to it’s very different modern state. We have had a small suite for the past few years which has been very good. We arrived this year when the temperature was high 30s and discovered the area where most of the suites are situated has no AC.
The hotel immediately offered to transfer us - to the biggest suite I have ever seen, and for which we were very grateful

Location is very good. Short walk to the centre and the train station, IQLandia and Baballon. Apartment was exactly like the pictures. Lovely apartment with everything you need. Parking was easy and good to see they had charging points for vehicles.
