Clean and simple. Staff at front desk was helpful and kind and cleaning/service in general very good. Brekfast buffet selection was plentyful. Overall a good stay.

I recently stayed at the Plaza Prague Hotel – Czech Leading Hotels, and I couldn’t have been more delighted with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the courteous staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Polina at the reception deserves a special mention—her genuine kindness and professionalism made my check-in process a breeze, and she continued to offer helpful suggestions throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible breakfast. The buffet offered an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes, catering to every preference. Whether you crave something sweet or savory in the morning, you’re sure to find the perfect meal to start your day. The variety and quality of the breakfast spread truly surpassed my expectations. The room itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The cleanliness was also exceptional, which is a big plus for me, as I always appreciate a spotless environment. Another major advantage is the hotel’s underground parking—it’s a relief to know that even though the surrounding area can feel a bit tight, you still have a secure and convenient place to park your car. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore Prague’s main attractions. Overall, my experience at Plaza Prague Hotel was outstanding—thanks in large part to the attentive staff, delicious breakfast, and helpful amenities. I highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to this beautiful city.

The members of the hotel Merkur were the best people. They are really kind and smile all the time. The parking place is in front of the hotel across the road, and the hotel staff registers the car plate number in the parking website. So you don't have to pay the parking fee. I could use the VIP lounge during my stay. I think that it's the special service for the Christmas season. The room is old but maintained in good condition and the building has a long history. I'm 100% satisfied with the service of the hotel staffs. Thank you so much!
