Great location, nice hotel, very sophisticated, however the receptionist was rude when we were checking in. The spa center was cold, the swimming pool was cold considering the fact that there are hot springs meters away from the hotel. The spa center had hammam, steam and sauna, however only the sauna was working. The overall spa experience was not very satisfying.

The room was very elegant, comfortable and we had a big bathtub. The location is amazing, just at the main promenade and we enjoyed the dinners at the restaurant (even though the restaurant style was a bit outdated). Nice of them to have the transfer service to the parking.
