Had the room for 4 persons, was more than big enough, with a great view. Staff was really helpful & kind.

Great location, nice hotel, very sophisticated, however the receptionist was rude when we were checking in. The spa center was cold, the swimming pool was cold considering the fact that there are hot springs meters away from the hotel. The spa center had hammam, steam and sauna, however only the sauna was working. The overall spa experience was not very satisfying.
Housed in a renovated Art Nouveau building from 1899, the Hotel Romance is situated in the spa centre of Karlovy Vary, close to the Hot Geyser Spring and the Market Colonnade.

The prices for all accommodations (room, food, spa) were great! The location was wonderful, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Slight disappointment - the side Queen Latifah stayed in was under renovations, but it was everything I expected!
Just 500 metres from the centre of Karlovy Vary and 300 metres from the spa colonnade, Hotel Mignon offers a wellness centre and a restaurant with Czech cuisine. Wi-Fi is provided for free.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel right across the street from one of the most beautiful (Russian Orthodox) churches I have ever seen. The staff are very friendly and parking is available. The room was huge and very charming. In the very large bathroom I actually had a big bath tub, which I really liked. Breakfast was also served much later than most hotels, which is nice when you are on holiday.
