Beautiful property and very friendly staff. Large, well-appointed, clean rooms, big bathrooms with fabulous walk-in showers. The property is well-kept with gorgeous jungle foliage that is an inviting space for monkeys, toucans and macaws. The garden area host everything you go to Costa Rica for monkeys, butterflies, birds and iguanas.

The location was perfect for walking to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The breakfasts were quit delicious and served promptly with a nice selection of items to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds were quite lovely with an abundance of tropical plants.

We enjoyed the park with many monkeys and beautiful sceneries despite the hot and humid weather.
When we drove to the park for 9-9:40 time slot. Some locals stopped us and told us there is no more parking closer to the entrance since it is closer to Easter week and asked us to pay for a parking fee of $12 about 7 minutes walk to the entrance. After we paid walked closer to the entrance we saw the parking fee was actually at $5 at a hotel. We felt being cheated.
We suggest the tourists avoid this by driving closer to check for parking before pay any high parking fee too early.

Property was off main roads so very quiet and very close to the Manuel Antonio National Park. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Can’t say enough good things about our host Cesar. I was feeling under the weather and he ordered and delivered dinner for us so we didn’t have to go out. Talk about over and above service. The apartment is a hidden gem.
Arboleda is a delightful "old lady of an hotel ... slightly dated, very well priced and the location is fantastic! Beautiful beach front on the quiet side of the beach with loungers and walking distance to the Manuel Antonio National Park. We enjoyed the hospitality of the family run establishment and the charm of yesteryear ! They also make a great Pina Colada!!
Everything was wonderful at the hotel. Staff was very helpful- manager suggested places to go, things to do and restaurants to try and maid/breakfast chef was very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean and outside space comfortable. Excellent breakfast! Choice of pancakes and fruit or a fruit and granola bowl. Close to Manuel Antonio National Park and bus service to the park or Quepos is convenient.
On the beach. Got to visit turtle conservation program nearby and was able to participate in turtle release. Surf lessons available. Near Manuel Antonio National Park. Miguel is super friendly. He makes his own furniture so there’s this special feel of a very simple life.
This apartment is right by Manuel Antonio National Park and a short walk to the beach. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores right there as well. Saw monkeys from the balcony multiple days as well as on the walk to the beach. woke up to the sound of birds and howler monkeys. Gonzalo was super friendly and they cleaned the apartment every other day.
It’s exactly like the pictures, and it is very nice. The area is super close to the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park, and it’s quiet and tranquil at night. Johnny is a great host and lives close by should any needs arrive. He made the rustic furnishings in the apartments, and he is overall a great guy.
The apartment was immaculate. It was located in the residential part of Quepos within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Manuel Antonio National Park was a short drive away.
