The pool area was clean and absolutely beautiful. The monkeys and iguanas were amazing. So close. And the staff was very nice. Location the beach was nice as well. Restaurants are walking distance.

The staff was amazing - thank you Dixie, Darling, Franceny, Oscar, Jean Carlos, Reina and the rest of the kitchen and cleaning staff. I stayed there for a week and they made me feel right at home. The breakfast was wonderful and they have a good range of options at their restaurant (plus happy hour!). The pool was super relaxing, and the location was great - very close to many other restaurants, cafes, and beaches. There's also a gym down the block. I love Latin music and appreciated their playlists at the pool too.

The animals! We saw scarlet macaws, all 3 kinds of monkeys, aqouti, parrots. They provided us with hours of entertainment and great photos to bring home. Enjoyable neighborhood to walk through with variety of rural versus residential and business. Restaurants and shopping very convenient. Park is easy driving distance away. The location was conveniently located for us, accommodations extremely comfortable and staff very helpful and accommodating. This was a last minute booking when we decided to change our trip a bit and they assisted us which was very appreciated. This was our 2nd stay with them during our vacation. Really enjoyed it.

Remarkable hillside pool perfect for watching the sunset. The property features a nature preserve and we saw many animals including a sloth and her baby climbing near the pool and a few iguanas and anteaters. The service and staff was exceptional and the food in the restaurant was the best we had in our whole trip.

Manuel Antonio Beach is a stunning, sandy beach with beautiful views. It can be a bit crowded, but if you want a quieter experience, I recommend heading to the beach right after the park opens. You'll often see monkeys around the beach, which adds to the unique experience.

Lots of monkey business here !
Lots of monkey business here ! I could have watched the monkeys all day long at the trail head of Catedral Punta. Please note: Catedral Punte trail was closed for repairs, while we were there. Which was one of the main reasons for going to this park, was to hike that trail. The park was still amazing and worth the time it took to get there. I would definitely revisit this park .

Suggest going on an early tour to see the most wildlife.
Also, may need to book in advance because time slots sell out. We were happy to see more than one species of monkey as well as sloths. Beautiful beaches to swim in, warm waves, & very fine sand. We were happy to have a towel to remove all the sand. Yoi cannot bring your own food. Suggest skipping the loop at Punta Catedral since all the overlooks were roped off with caution tape.

Well worth hiring a guide employed by the park. Do not get scammed by the guides you see advertising on the street. Also take the early morning tour. Animals are out. Afternoon tour animals are sleeping from the heat of the day

Close enough to Manuel Antonio Beach & the Park.
The view from the balcony was spectacular. We could see Manuel Antonio Beach and watch no the the sunsets and storms roll in. In the morning, we saw monos tití, capuchin monkeys and howler monkeys from the deck. The breakfasts were excellent and the pool facilities were lovely. We would definitely recommend Costa Verde!
The hotel has a great location. The entrance of Manuel Antonio NL Park is very close to the place, and Manuel Antonio Beach is around 10 min walk. The night employees were friendly and helpful.
The pool was my favorite part about the hotel. The pool had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The hotel service was very helpful by providing good information about Costa Rica when Asked. Also, it was short drive to Manuel Antonio Beach.
The property is located at the gates of Manuel Antonio National Park, and a 5 minute walk to Manuel Antonio Beach. Pool was lovely, and so was the staff.
