Exceptionally nice, 1-class design. Super good view on Pudong panorama from hotel rooms. Location just at Nanjing Road. Michelin rated restaurants: Shanghai Tavern and Canton Disco. We visited both. These places definitely deserve the Michelin stars. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The concierge was open to solve any problems we had.

Do not get led into a tea ceremony with so called students. They are not students and the yes ceremony will cost you a fortune. We had to push our way out of a small house and run to get away from the people and the students.

Modern, well equipped and clean. The apart is spacious and very comfortable. Support is available at all times through WeChat. Close to the metro if you use the side door described in the instructions, and it is very easy to get to the Yu Garden and other tourist places. We would highly recommend this apartment.
my stay at the Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel was truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shanghai, whether for business or leisure. The combination of its excellent location, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding service makes it a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Front desk staff spoke reasonable English and was helpful.The room we booked was large, comfortable and kept clean throughout our stay. Buffet breakfast was international, reasonably wide variety and tasted decent. Free coffee provided through the coffee dispenser at the lobɓy settee area added a nice touch. Pubs and convenience stores are situated beside the hotel. Yu Garden and Shanghai Old Street were just a 10-15 minutes walk. We had a comfortable stay and would recommend.
Our 3-night stay in Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotel was wonderful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was excellent. Hotel staff at Reception were polite and friendly. Check-in and check- out processes were fast.
Great location. Very close to the subway station, and also can walk to the Bund, Yu Garden, Nanjing Road. The apartment is very clean. The landlord is also very nice!!! Definitely will choose here to live again, if we have a trip.
Langham Xintiandi is situated in privileged location with excellent stores and restaurants in the surroundings, close to the Bundt , Nanjing Rd , Yu Garden and other attractions.
The room is spatious, very clean .At the club level the meals and snacks are excellent . The hotel staff is outstanding and courteous, especially the group that work at Langham club.
Immediately fantastic service as every time I was in the lobby they put a tea in my hand. As an English speaker they didn't always understand my request, but went out of their way to understand even if it was directions or leaving our bags.
Hotel was tucked away off the street, but so close to everything The Bund had to offer and Yu Garden. Super clean, very modern. Zero complaints and would stay there again in any city.
