Room was spacious. Good amenities in the room: comfy slippers, kettle, coffee, umbrella, ironning board etc. Hotel is situated quite far from the downtown in the new area of Urumqi. I would like to thank Sunny Li at the reception counter. She was very helpful, her english was good and she changed us the room to another floor due to sigerette smoke on our floor. Breakfast was good, not exceptional. It was very convinient that the big shopping mall was just across the road.

no one knows English. And managers are don't know about booking any reception. There was many question? It was not comfortable and not professional I don't recommend for foreigners to stay there and breakfast also was not great.
