This Ritz Carlton is entirely perfect and gets 10 out of 10. We stayed in a Tower View room, which was very spacious and had amazing views of the TV tower. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great. Staff is efficient and speaks good English. The hotel is right next to the main promenade in the centre of the city and the core business district.

The location was excellent. The check in reception upgraded us to a river view room on the 19th floor which has excellent view. They topped it by giving us free access to executive lounge and free breakfast.
