Great and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Spotless clean. Great room service. Professional staff and very attentive. I booked a couple of tours and my concerns were addressed accordingly and immediately by the concierge. Rushing to work everyday I was served a coffee on the go which was great to have with me on the ride.

Security blocks off whole area starting across wide street, sidewalk across road blocked too.
Without access ticket one can't get close enough to see anything. Long queues--didn't see any special access for old, handicapped etc--there must be some somewhere but I saw none. Glad I had been there years before cuz it's not worth the effort now (May 2023).

Nice, spacious room. Clean, good office table to work. Location in central Beijing, walking distance from Tiananmen Square. Fantastic breakfast, especially if you like Asian / Chinese breakfast. Very friendly and fast room service.
Excellent location. Very close to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Metro station was just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Just 3 minutes walk to the Wangfujing pedestrian Street. Very cooperative staff. They arranged a tour for us for the Great Wall of China. They also arranged a taxi for us to the airport at very early in the morning. Restaurant was excellent
Front desk staff were generally very helpful with helping us navigate around town, get taxis, book visits to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Rooms were large, well-appointed, comfortable, quiet. Very central location close to Beijing Railway Station and subway.

Extremely helpful reception, even assisted to book our slots for the morning sunrise flag rising ceremony at TianAnMen Square. The reception can also lent you the Yikatung subway transit cards thru out your stay. Super nice value added service. Great location, ~20 min walk from Tiananmen Square and forbidden city. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful and will go out of their way to help you out. Louise the young girl speaks fluent English and helped me reserve a next day reservation ( mandatory) for forbidden city pretty late night on the previous day due to which I could see it in my short stay. She even walked with me a bit to show me the way to the forbidden city. Amazingly clean place with super nice staff. Also just 5 min walk from the Hepingmen station.
This is a great property. Great price and a great location. Close to many locations, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Baihal park. About 100 meters to a subway station. Many restaurants, pedestrian street right by the hotel. I will book this place agian
