The bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom were clean and there was great water pressure. Large towels, washcloths, and toiletries were provided. Bottles of water were provided in the room and in the lobby. The window was open when I arrived. The hotel was easy to find, but there is not a drive right up to the door. The staff made check-in easy. A convenience store, a pharmacy, and some restaurants are in walking distance.

Very helpful staff, both during and after our stay. I left something in my room upon checkout and the staff was very helpful to return this item to me. By forwarding it to our hotel in Beijing where we arrived a few days after leaving Chengdu. Can't thank them enough for that service!
By the way, one of the better Chengdu hotpot restaurants (Michelin recommended) is right across the street.

Great service from the staff with good levels of English (hard to find even in 5 star hotels in China). Location was unbeatable with good restaurants, Sichuan opera/variety show and metro close by. Frank was especially proactive and attentive. For example, our shower was blocked and it got changed immediately while we were out. Tip: they sell tickets for the opera at a discounted price compared to the box office across the street.
