Although we were disappointed with some of the hotel staff, we were very grateful to Julie - the female receptionist for helping us a lot when ordering food on the app (we are foreigners so we couldn't use e-money, we only had cash), and also to a lady (older and short hair, I'm sorry I don't know her name) for lending us scissors, tape and an empty box.
