The hotel is beautiful and there’s much attention to design and aesthetic details. We enjoyed the room facilities that are modern and of good quality which made our stay very comfortable. The ceiling was tall which made the room extra spacious. Although the room was large and spacious, it was nice and warm for the winter. The bath flooring has anti-slip properties and it was safe for the elderly.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We bought bread from Crave just next door, with discounts as hotel guests, and the reception offered to deliver them to our rooms without us needing to do so ourselves as we were about to go out. Overall, we have had an excellent stay.

Perfect location, perfect staff, very hospitality staff and the best view of Shanghai was from the roof top of The Shanghai Edition. Also one the best Japanese restorant was there on 27th floor and the food was perfect.

It was really clean, the room is really small but you have everything you want ( toothpaste, slippers, a towel ) and in the showers there are shampoo and soap. It is really convenient! And for me the position was just perfect , really really close to the metro station ( less than a 100 m) and I walked ( it’s like an hour far from the Bund).
A bit noisy but with earplugs I was ok.
The only sad thing is nobody speaks English, at the hotel or around Shanghai..
If I were to come back to Shanghai I think I will book here again

Our stay at Bellagio Shanghai far exceeded our expectations! Everything from the staff and services, to facilities and food were wonderful. The location is exceptional, right on the river with stunning views of both the Bund and upstream inland towards the west. It conveniently located near public transport, general stores and key tourist attractions. The staff are warm and welcoming, they made our stay so very special.
