מלון יוקרתי עם רמת שירות גבוהה, מיקום מרכזי ביותר, נקי מאד, עם הריח המיוחד של שנגרי לה. היתה לנו בקשה מיוחדת לקבל קומה נמוכה ליום מסוים והצוות נענה לבקשתנו ועזר לנו באופן יוצא מן הכלל. החדר היה מרווח ונח. נהננו ביותר. מחכים לפעם הבאה.
