Staff Daisy Qiu went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, especially for our baby. She took great care to make sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our trip, making the entire experience enjoyable and memorable.
The hotel room is well designed, with great views of the sea. Really clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet had a wide range of good food choices.

Hotel looks new and very clean. Room is very clean and feel very comfortable. Staff 天舜received us and provided clear explanation. He formed a wechat group and help pin hotel location that is useful when we need to find our way back to hotel.

The hotel is located next to the mall. Hotel is very clean and everything in good condition and my family like the European design.

Like to pay compliments to breakfast Restaurant Manager Jofee. She is pleasant, helpful and friendly.
The check in desk was helpful too particularly a Miss Fang (I do not remember her first name).
Our rooms were upgraded and the breakfast was totally awesome, wide range and delicious.
We stayed at 2 other hotels in Hainan and Pullman's breakfast was the best.
Chinese restaurant had good food too.
